When will I get my order?
Each item is made to order by our production partner, so please allow 3-7 business days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. Additionally, if you have ordered a custom design, please allow an additional 1-2 business days. This does not include Print Your Own Art which is available for immediate download.
The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimates as follows:
- USA/Canada: 3-5 business days
- Europe: 3-5 Business days
- Australia: 3-5 business days
- International: 4-10 business days
[Covid-19] When will I get my order?
Our fulfillment times may be longer than usual and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. We're seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers as the entire industry is grappling with challenges.
Where will my order ship from?
We work with a production partners that have facilities worldwide so your order will be shipped locally!
Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
How do I receive my printable art?
Following your purchase, you will receive an email with a link to download your files. Please check your spam folder if you haven’t received your download link. All print sizes and instructions will be packaged together in one zip file.
How do I open a zip file?
IF you're using WINDOWS:
Right-click on the zip folder, then choose "exact all"
(remember where you save the files, so you can easily find them later)
IF you're using MAC:
Double click the zip folder. Create a new folder and move the zip into there. Then use terminal and the command line "unzip" command.
Where Can I Print My Art?
- Print instantly at home
- Take or email the files to your local printer or photo printing shop like Costco or Staples
- Upload the files to an online printing service like www.targetphoto.com, www.shutterfly.com, www.nationalphotolab.com, www.mpix.com etc.
What Paper Should I Use?
It's a personal choice. I recommend a matte photo paper or white satin, however many of the prints will also print nicely on heavyweight cardstock. Alternatively, you may choose to have your art printed on a canvas or other photo product.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at email@example.com within 7 days with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.
We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Do you offer refunds?
All of our products are made to order or downloadable files, therefore refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll
